To be Staunch is to be steadfast, strong, impervious, and loyal

Steadfast

Being steadfast means that we are stable in our ways, firm on our principles, and have reliable systems. To ensure that our systems are stable, we purchased brand new hardware that is supported by Staunch Systems management and by our vendors. Our hardware replacement plans minimize the risk of lost data from hardware failures.

Character is judged by what we do when nobody is looking. Staunch Systems’ principles are based on being trustworthy and ethical. We never look at your data, share your information with others without your permission, or try to undercut our hardware to save a few dollars. Our clients are the reason we are in business and your trust in us is worth its weight in gold.  Only senior management has access to servers (for maintenance), and only a select few even know the physical location of our servers.

Strong

Being strong means that we have the best systems around. Our strength is not in numbers, which cost more to maintain, but in our practices and our servers.

  • Our current server farm is expected to last until third quarter of 2009 and is capable of handling up to a little over 200 TB of data.
  • Our second deployment is capable of supporting over 2000 TB of data.

That is a strong system.

Impervious

Being impervious means that we are untouchable by the forces of disaster, crime, and political influence. Staunch Systems has a simple business model and minimal overhead, which means that our risks for failure are reduced greatly. Our data center is in a secure area with the least amount of risk possible and we have plans to replicate our data center in a geographically separate location to further protect your data.

Loyal

Being loyal means that we focus on the success of our customers first. Staunch Systems believes that in order to have loyal customers, we must first be loyal to them. That is why we have created a few policies to show our loyalty to you.

  1. We will always be available to answer questions (call us and give it a try).
  2. We want it to be easy for you to contact us. That is why we have our phone number on every page and several support options.
Creating raving fans

We first plan our business around what we think you might want based on our experiences, then we modify those ideas with what you say you want, and finally that we never stop trying to make ourselves better. It is the goal of Staunch Systems to offer the absolute best service, support, and advice. We train our support representatives to evaluate your environment and help you create the best solution for your particular needs.

While other companies will say that they are more expensive because of better serivce, Staunch Systems offers you both a competitive price and better service. Our support representatives are qualified to answer your questions.

We are driven to prove that we are the best.
